Founded in 1984, Michele Filomeno agency began by representing photographers such as David Bailey, Deborah Turbeville, Patrick Demarchelier, Paolo Roversi and art director Juan Gatti.

By 1985, the agency evolved, rapidly picking up on the new generation of photographers like Javier Vallhonrat, Steven Klein, Sante d'Orazio, David Seidner, Mario Testino... and artists such as Tony Viramontes and François Berthoud.

In September 1990 a new office opened in Paris and quickly took over as the management centre. The agency continued to expand including now Peter Lindbergh, among other new photographers. A stylist department was also created , which was home for prominent figures such as Babeth Djian, Marie-Amélie Sauvé, Carine Roitfeld...

Today Michele Filomeno focuses on representing conceptual image makers whose body of work can transcend the luxury market. Some of these artists include Bruno Aveillan, Eric Valli, Paolo Ventura, Katerina Jebb and Jimmy Nelson.

For more than 30 years Michele Filomeno has been the home to the most established names in fashion photography and conceptual art in Milan, Paris and New York. Now, with an intrinsically fiery spirit, the agency is looking to expand with a new department dedicated to multimedia art. Actively championing to bring to light the talent of young emerging creators.

Our target is on intersecting culture and innovation into immersive brand experiences in luxury, sustainability and savoir-faire. Finding the right aesthetic fit for our partners.

We offer full production services from concept to completion, on both still and motion, with a collaborative approach, to ensure a customized workflow for each client.
