Katerina Jebb was born in England in 1962. In 1989 she relocated to Paris. After a car accident which paralyzed her right arm, Jebb began to employ machines to make life-size images, lying her subjects down on a high resolution scanning machine.

The resulting life-size images were embraced as a new visual medium and began to appear in Museums and galleries, notably The Whitney Museum as part of The Warhol Look (1998).

Katerina's work has been published in publications such as Life Magazine, The Times, Vogue, L'Uomo Vogue, Dazed, Purple and Numéro China.
